It's obvious she's putting a lot of thought into this

And just look at the result! She used every color in the set, and covered every inch of the paper. And she did it all with a #12 round brush! Amazing!

Of course the brush is a Kolinsky Sable that once cost over $100. I didn't take care of it and now it's cursed with a bad hair day every day. The paint is gone, the ferrule is loose, and it's banished to the kid's equipment. But Julia - at three - already has such a gentle touch that I would not hesitate to let her use my good brushes - if I had any! |
